No. While NFC cards are one of our 12 touchpoints, KARTEE is a complete Enterprise Identity & Contact Capture Platform. It unifies digital profiles, email signatures, Apple/Google Wallet passes, and meeting backgrounds into one centrally governed system.
Do recipients need to download an app to connect with my team?
Zero app downloads required. When your team shares a profile via NFC, QR, or email signature, it opens instantly in any native mobile browser (Safari, Chrome). Recipients can save your contact details or share theirs back in one tap.
How exactly does the platform capture leads?
We bridge the gap between offline meetings and your database. Leads are captured through seamless two-way contact exchange on your digital profiles, or by snapping a photo of paper business cards using our Vision AI Paper Card Scanner.
Where do captured contacts go? Can we sync them to our CRM?
Yes. All contacts are safely logged in KARTEE's internal Mini-CRM, allowing your team to add instant meeting notes and tags. From there, leads are automatically routed directly into your corporate CRM - including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
How does the system ensure employees stay on-brand?
Admins have total control via the Enterprise IT module. You can lock corporate branding, templates, and specific data fields (like job titles). Coupled with automated Directory Sync (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta), your team's public identity is always accurate and strictly on-brand.
